Children’s Ministry

We love our kids here at Southwest and want to do everything we can to introduce them to the living God.  All kids, birth through 6th grade, will experience safe and fun environments where they can grow in relationship with friends, leaders and God.  The Bible is taught in creative and relevant ways so that your child can grasp and understand God’s word.  Our desire is to partner with you as parents and be another voice in your child’s life so he or she will know, love and live their lives for Jesus Christ.

Upon leaving the 6th grade, our goal is to have them ready to transition into the youth group.  They will have been taught Biblical truth and will have built a community of friends to walk alongside them.  They will have a group of adults who will provide a bridge as they transition and will have a genuine interest in them as a person. They will also have been offered the opportunity of leadership and service.

This pages contains information concerning what activities and education are available for the kids. It also contains places where adults can plug in and serve the kids.  We would love for you to get connected and be involved with children here at Southwest.
